You decided you need to lose weight for whatever reason....health or just too look physically better. You start a diet and although it's hard at first, you stick to it and eventually the scale starts moving in the right direction and then......

Okay anyone who has tried to lose weight knows that 1 of 2 things happen next....
1. You give up or
2. The scale stops moving which will bring you right to 1.
This is why I use the scale as only one indicator of weight loss measurement.
Before you get discouraged take a look at a few things:
How do you feel....change takes place inside the body before you see it on the outside
Do you feel like your clothes have gotten looser. The way your clothes feel is a good indicator that your loosing.
Did you stay hydrated, remember our bodies need water to keep everything flowing (you know what I mean)
Are you getting enough sleep, cells rejuvinate when you rest
Are you really sticking to your plan.....you know those little nibbles here & there will add up quick
How's your stress? Stress can lead to an increase of your cortisol levels which can contribute to weight gain.
