Bio:

 

My decision to become a personal trainer was inspired by my own weight loss journey.  At one time weighing over 200lbs I decided to adapt a healthy lifestyle & get in shape.  Through my new passion for fitness I found that I wanted to help others embark on their journey to health & wellness and became a Personal Trainer.  My original goal was to get healthy & lose weight.  Then I challenged myself even more to look good enough to get up on stage to compete in a competition.  From there my goals kept evolving and I transformed my physique, became a fitness competitor and am now a Pro Bodybuilder/Physique competitor.
