           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Clients will be led through a series of exercises tailored to their physical ability and goals based on their physical assessments.  Individual training focuses specifically on your fitness needs and gives you the accountability needed to succeed.

 

Online clients will be given a exercise program to follow along with exercise demonstrations.  Check-ins will be via phone or Skype.  All modifications will be made based on results.

The most important part of posing is correctly showing your physique to the judging panel.  Your stage presentation needs to demonstrate poise, personality, charm and charisma.  Good quality posing should highlight your strong points and hide your weak.  Together we will work to perfect your posing and develop YOUR signature walk and posing.  Whether online or in person each posing session will cover mandatory poses, quarter turns, T walks and/or center stage walks.  Posing is available for Bodybuilding/Physique, Figure & Bikini.   Strong posing is the art of looking like a champion.

           MEAL PLANS

 

This program is designed to guide you to a healthy lifestyle and develop new eating habits.  This program is not a diet but a guide to achieving a healthy relationship with food and exercise.  Discover which foods have the most nutrients and when is the best time to eat certain foods. The focus is on balance without elminating foods.  Participants will discover which exercises are best for them including strength training and cardiovascular exercise.

 

  • 30 Day Plan - This is a  meal plan only written for 1 month.  This option does NOT include any follow ups or revisions

  • 60 Day Plan - This plan includes bi-weekly email checkins and revisions based on indiviudal results.  You also have unlimited email/text support

  • 90+ Day Plan - This advanced plan is for those who want to compete and/or make long-term lifestyle changes but do not want to compete.  Included in this option are weekly email checkins, individual weight training & cardio protocols, unlimited email/text support and access to the private Facebook Team A'Maysing support group page
